Download the CTS order form and either fax or mail it to WPS.
  Track Orders

and then sign in.)
Click the "My Account" tab.
Click the "My Orders" link.
Click on the Tracking # next to the order you would like to track. (When order status reads "Shipped,"
you can follow the progress of your order through the UPS web site)
