How do I track my order?
Sign In to www.creativetherapystore.com (Click the "Sign In" tab on the left side of your screen and then sign in.)
Click the "My Account" tab.
Click the "My Orders" link.
Click on the Tracking # next to the order you would like to track. (When order status reads "Shipped,"
you can follow the progress of your order through the UPS web site)
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it in salable condition within 90 days of the invoice date, and we will promptly refund the cost of the materials returned. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department (800-648-8857) to insure that you are given proper credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
The charge is 10% (with a $5.00 minimum) on shipments within the U.S.; 20% (with a $10.00 minimum) on shipments to Canada; and 25% (with a $25.00 minimum on shipments outside the U.S. and Canada.)
What are Customs and Duties on foreign shipments?
Customs charges and duties may be applied to a shipment when it enters a foreign country. These charges  are determined by the country's government and are collected by the package courier upon delivery of goods. The Creative Therapy Store plays no role in assigning or collecting these duties.
Why do customers in California have to pay sales tax?
The State Board of Equalization requires that we charge sales tax to Californians (on mail, telephone, and online orders) because WPS has offices in California. Sales tax is calculated on the total cost of the materials purchased, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders from recognized public agencies and institutions. The online catalog on this web site provides up-to-date pricing information that you can use to create your purchase order. You must mail or fax your purchase order to WPS. You cannot use a purchase order when ordering online. Terms are net.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items are generally shipped within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your order. Delivery, depending on distance from Los Angeles, takes from 2 to 10 days.
How do I join or quit the Creative Therapy Store Club?
If you are already registered on the web site:
1. Click the Sign-In button on the left side of your screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password under "Returning Online Customers."
3. Click the My Account on the top right side of your screen
3. Click on "Email Notification/Club Membership"
4. Select the box to Join the Creative Therapy Store Club.
De-select the box to Quit the Creative Therapy Store Club.

If you are a New Online Customer it's as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Click the Sign-In button on the left side of your screen.
2. Click the Continue button under "New Online Customers"
3. Complete the registration process and select the box under "Basic Information" inviting you to enroll.
Can I be a member of the Creative Therapy Store Club but choose not to receive emails?
Sorry, if you want to be a Creative Therapy Store Club member we ask that we be able to notify you about special offers and promotions via email. You can change your Club Membership preferences at any time through the "My Account" page.
Can I join the Creative Therapy Store Club by calling or writing?
Sorry, the only way to join the Creative Therapy Store Club is by registering on the Creative Therapy Store website. Please see the "How do I join or quit the Creative Therapy Store Club" question.
How can I get a copy of the 2010 Creative Therapy Store calendar?
Just ask! Please complete the Request Calendar form and we'll be happy to send you a calendar featuring CTS artwork and monthly web specials.
Monthly Web Special FAQs
Every month the Creative Therapy Store will be offering a weeklong Web special. Look in your Creative Therapy Store calendar or on the Home page for the dates of the special.
Each special will run for 7 days and end on 12:00 midnight PST of the last day.

For any product special, simply add the advertised product to your cart and the special will be applied.
The web special will automatically be applied, and you will see the discounted price as you check out.
If the special is for an entire category, all items in that category are eligible for the discount.

The Web special is only valid online. You cannot mail, fax, or call to receive the discount.
What is WPS?
WPS is Western Psychological Services, a leading publisher of assessment tools for professionals in education, psychology, and allied fields. Founded in 1948, WPS added a new division in 1991 the Creative Therapy Store, offering toys, games, and activities for use with children and adults in therapeutic environments.
Will the Creative Therapy Store be exhibiting at any conventions this year?
Yes! Come visit our booth at one of the many shows on our Convention Calendar
How do I know if a particular game is what I need?
First, go to our online catalog and take a look at the product description and photograph. If you're still not sure, you can purchase the game, look it over, and return it if it's not appropriate for your group. (See our return policy below.)
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount. Just call our Customer Service Department (800-648-8857), or specify gift certificate (Product No. CTS-GC), and the appropriate amount, on your mail or online order.
I've developed a game that I'd like to get published. Can I submit it to The Creative Therapy Store?

We review new products on a regular basis, and would be happy to consider yours for publication. Although we cannot be responsible for unsolicited manuscripts and games, we will consider any item submitted. Please direct queries and submissions to:

Can I distribute copies of the Creative Therapy Store Catalog at a workshop or convention?
If you would like to distribute copies of our catalog at a local workshop or convention, please contact the WPS Marketing Department (800-648-8857). We will be happy to send catalogs if our supply permits. Send email requests to marketing@wpspublish.com.
How do I enter the 2011 Creative Therapy Store Calendar Art Contest?
1. Download the Calendar Art Contest Rules and Entry Form
2. Create your original artwork in crayon, watercolor, oil, acrylic, finger paint, colored pencil, pen and ink, or collage according to the specifications noted on the Rules and Entry Form.
3. Complete the Entry form and send it along with original art and/or classroom/counseling tips to:

(Please wrap artwork carefully so that it will arrive in good condition.)
What prizes will the Art Contest winners receive?
Students win and schools win!  
  • Grand Prize for Art:
$100 to the winning student artist and a $1,000 CTS gift certificate to his or her school
  • Other Prizes for Art:
$50 to each of 13 additional winning artists plus a $100 CTS gift certificate to each winner's school
Who is eligible to enter the Art Contest?
Students between the ages of 6 and 18 are eligible to enter the art contest through a teacher or counselor. (We encourage teachers and counselors to use the art contest as a group project or individual activity. NOTE: All entries must be submitted by a teacher or counselor, acting on the student's behalf.)
What is the deadline to submit entries for the Art Contest?
All entries must be received by March 1, 2010.
When will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified on April 15, 2010.
